Moving websites is a bit like moving house. I started out with Demon Internet for nearly 10 years, you can imagine that I had accumulated a lot of clutter. Some of it I wanted to keep and some of the dross got ditched. Same with my second hosting courtesy (well, not really a courtesy - I paid handsomly for the privilege) if 1 and 1 when I started using a CMS (Content Management System) for my stuff, rather than just gluing it all together with HTML statements. Now I've moved on to a third provider: all the same features, one-twentieth the cost.
